Educational Career: I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature and Culture and K-12 Education. I began my teaching career in 2008 as a Spanish Teacher at West Davidson High School. I received my Masters in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a concentration in School Counseling and began my career as a School Counselor at Griffith Elementary School in 2014. I worked as a School Counselor at Griffith Elementary School, Walkertown Middle School, and Ledford Senior High School. I earned my School Administrator License through Appalachian State University. This is my third year as an Assistant Principal at Tyro Middle School and I am beyond thrilled to be back in the Dragon community!

If a conference and/or meeting is needed before or after the times listed, please let me know and I will work to be available at a time outside the allotted school day.
