Physical Fitness Testing Information

The primary goal of fitness testing is to establish lifetime habits of regular physical activity and the ability to evaluate individual fitness levels throughout their lives. Students will learn the importance of health and fitness with the focus on these fitness areas:
 
Aerobic Capacity
  • pacer test and mile run
Abdominal Strength and Endurance
  • curl ups
Upper Body Strength and Endurance
  • pull ups
Flexibility
  • sit and reach
Agility and Speed
  • shuttle run
