I am excited to serve Tyro Middle School and the West Davidson feeder pattern.  I started working for this wonderful school system in 1998 when I taught at Ledford Middle School in the subjects of 6th grade Math, 6th grade Science and 8th grade Math. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I also worked as a bus driver and coach there. I have served as the assistant principal of North Davidson Middle School, Friedberg Elementary and Midway Elementary.  I was named principal of Midway Elementary in 2012 serving there until I began my tenure as Principal of Oak Grove Middle School in 2015.  I served there until this opportunity to join Dragon country in 2023!
