School Counselor

Our mission within Student Services is to support students by providing resources, information, crisis response, and guidance as they navigate different stages of development. Supporting students and meeting their individual needs is my top priority. This is my first year as a school counselor, but I bring a diverse background of experience working with middle school students in grades 6-8. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from THE Winston-Salem State University and am currently pursuing my M.Ed in School Counseling (K-12) at Salem College. In addition to serving the grade levels listed above, I also serve as the 504 Coordinator here at Tyro!
